Allegheny GeoTrail Extended
I received great news this morning. The Allegheny GeoTrail has been extended beyond Geowoodstock. The trail and geocoin program was scheduled to end June 30, 2011, but the trail will now continue into the summer past GeoWoodstock. If you are planning to be at GeoWoodstock IX and you have not yet done the AGT, think about extending your stay. The AGT is a ten-county trail with trackable coins for each county and a bonus coin when all ten counties are completed. It was an amazing journey for us. If you want to see some photos of our AGT adventures, they are posted at this blog site. There are links on the side to take you to each county.

Are those years correct? If so, its still going to expire before GW9 happens. Did you mean 2011 & 2012?
ReplyDeleteThanks for noting the poor wording and the errors in the dates. The Oil Region Alliance's word is the AGT will extend through GWS IX and beyond, but they have not announced a formal ending date.
